James and Monty

This weekend, on Saturday, I had lots of fun playing with Monty and the xylophone. Monty and me invented some sweet calm music.

On Sunday, we made a brilliant Kapla building. It was a special monument that is called l'Arc de Triomphe.

We can find it in Paris. Monty enjoyed going under it with my little brother Elliot.

On Sunday afternoon, we went to the Bells Museum in L'Isle Jourdain. Monty loved playing with an African instrument. To play it, you need to put a stick inside a long hole and move it around. Later on, Monty sat on a big stick that you push to make a massive bell ring. Monty was so afraid that he jumped up in alarm with the noise of the bell!

Julio and Monty

Last Friday Monty was with me at the "Christmas  Fair". We both played a lot with our friends, wore a "papa noel" hat and enjoyed sweets and cakes. 

Next day, Monty and I finished our "Christmas Tree" and then we played a difficult rugby match because the weather was very cold and the other team was very strong.... We lost but we enjoyed a lot (Monty was a bit sad)!!.

During the evening we had a rest and enjoyed a nature film on TV  (Monty was delighted). Later on my parents went out and Mandy, our babysitter, took care of us.

  

On Sunday Elena, Monty and I went to my friend's birthday party. In the house there was plenty of children and cookies. Monty become sick (too many cookies) and we came back home together with Ana, one of Elena´s friends. Then we make homework and had a well deserved sleep.

Last weekend, I was very happy to have Monty at home. Together we built some Kapla buildings. On Sunday we went to the swimming pool to celebrate my sister Clara's birthday. We had a lot of fun but Monty didn't want to go in the pool. I think he can not swim.

On Friday, I read my book with Monty and we finished the book together.

Monty was imprisoned! He tried to get in the kitchen! Monty is very cheeky.

In the evening, we watched a football match with Monty. It was a draw.

 On Saturday, I went to my basketball club with Monty. Monty held a ball but it was a bit heavy for him!

On Sunday, we cooked a traditional French dish with Monty, ‘Potée au chou.  Monty helped me set the table.

Estela Writes About Her Weekend With Monty

Dear everyone in the world,

Monty and I had a great weekend plus two extra days off. On Friday Cristina and Javier came to my house. Cristina, Monty and I played mums and dads. Cristina was the little sister, Monty was the little brother and I was the big sister. We had no mum or dad and it was great fun. 

 Then on Saturday my mum, my brother Héctor, Monty and I went to the Colomiers library to borrow some books.  One of them was 'Un drôle d´ange gardien' and I really liked it. After a while we went to a restaurant called Tommy´s Diner Cafe. There we ate a hotdog and the hotdog was in a toy car really funny. Monty drove the car!

The following day we stayed at home because it was rainy. My dad, Héctor, Monty and me made an orange and yoghurt cake.  The cake was delicious!
On Monday, my mum Monty and I went to the cinema and we saw La legénde de Manolo. The film was great, but Monty didn´t understand it because it was in French. 
Unfortunately on Tuesday afternoon I was really sick so I had to sleep. 
It was a great weekend. I will miss you a lot Monty!

Gwen has Monty for the holidays!

I was really lucky to have Monty come and stay with me for our two weeks off. I made him a special bed in my room to sleep in. We had lots of fun together and went on some lovely trips with my family. We did have to do some boring things aswell - like going shopping to the Intermarche but Monty thought it was quite fun because he got to have a ride in the trolley. I pushed him around!

The first place we went to was the Japanese Garden in Toulouse. I thought it was amazing there and I think Monty liked it too. He really liked watching the big fish called Koy Carp. They were in the lake and we had to stand on a red bridge to watch them.
Last Friday I took Monty to Pibrac park with me and my brothers for a picnic. We met some of our friends from Year 4 and Year 6 there too. It was really good fun and the weather was lovely and sunny too.
Me and Monty also met a very special dog called Archie. Archie was special because he was blind and couldn't see. He was small and white and very fluffy. He had to use his nose to smell and his ears to hear everything around him because he couldn't see anything. This is Archie.

This week we took Monty to Narbonne Plage. The drive there was very long. When we got there we got out of the car and went for a walk. We stopped to have some lunch on the seafront. After we had finished our food, we went to play on the sand. It was very deep. We also went for a paddle in the sea. 

We wrote Monty's name in the sand with a stick but before we could take a picture the sea came in and washed it away! I went looking for shells and I found a massive one! After we had been paddling for a bit we had to dry our feet and get back in the car. Mum and Dad said we were going to visit somewhere else.
I played on my DS in the car. After a little bit we got to Carcassonne. When we got there I was amazed because it was a big castle. It was very beautiful and old. We had to walk up a really big hill to get there. I was really tired when I got there. Monty was not tired because I carried him all the way up. 

Inside were lots of alleyways with very very old shops.  We bought some sweets from a sweet shop and Monty shared mine. We walked around. We were very high up and could see all the hills and houses in the distance. The cars looked very small. We were all very tired so we got in the car to come home.

I hope Monty enjoyed staying with me and had lots of fun. I will miss having him here.

Monty and Adriana

I had Monty this weekend. On Friday Videl, Meenakshi, Lali and me, did a race with Harley and Monty. They raced ten times, Monty won each one. Then we went inside, Videl and me did a special card for all the class, Monty and Miss Ash. 

 After that, I went home and my Grandparents called me and I told them that I had the mascot of the class. They said: can we see it? so, I showed Monty to them on the ipad.

On Saturday morning I did a puzzle with Monty. It had 100 pieces! Monty and me did half and Rodrigo did the other half. 

Then my friend Isabelle came to pick me up to take me to my tennis class.  Monty came with us and played tennis. I played tennis really well and Monty too, it was fantastic! 

At night time Monty slept beside me.

Next day, Sunday at 10:00 o'clock was Estela's birthday party, Monty could not make it in the end… In the afternoon, Monty helped me making my hallowing costume for our disco party next Thursday!!

What a Pleasant Surprise...I have a guest at home...MONTY the Mole(my friend)

Monty and I had early morning hot chocolate milk, which made both of us strong for the busy day ahead!!

Monty enjoyed playing basketball with me and Aarna. Monty needed help carry a ball, as it was too heavy.

We then visited Open market of Colomiers and he helped choose fruits and vegetables! The oranges we selected were delicious and juicy. Yummy!!!!

Monty and I played doubles with my friend Avi and we won it! Hurrah! Hurrah!

My doll “cutie” and Monty assisted me in completing the activity sheet of events from my past and they helped me chose the most memorable moments of my life!

What a memorable Sunday , where Monty joined me to celebrate my festival “Eid” at our friends house for ceremonies and lunch, we then proceeded to attend my best friends birthday party! I will miss you so much Monty! Thank you for being my guest....See you soon at IST.

Monty with Mateo

I've been enjoying my time with Monty, especially at the Airbus Party. Monty and I climbed a gigantic tree, we met Estela and Julio. 

Then we visited a mini museum and we ate lots of popcorn.

Monty and I had a lot of fun exploding huge bubbles and one bubble nearly popped on my face!

At home Monty and I drew a volcano with rivers of lava. We also played with the Kapla and playmobil.

I loved having Monty at home. My teddies and I are going to miss him.

Monty and me had our first flight in a small airplane with my Dad.

And we played on the swing.

We also watched the airplanes of the AirForces. We had a great weekend.

Visiting Marcos at his house- the first visit of the new school year!

I spent time with Monty and played with him. Zodin came to my house on Friday and played with me and Monty. And then, when Zodin went home to his house, Teresa and Estela played on Sunday.

We made a volcano with Teresa and Estela and Andrés, my brother.

I looked after  Monty all weekend and we got a lot of fun!
