Monty visits Hastings with Tino

I was very happy to have Monty visit us this weekend because we were going to my uncle’s wedding in Hastings, England.
We got to the airport.  We got on the Easy Jet to Gatwick Airport, then we drove to the hotel.  It was very late.  We woke, we got up and had a very big breakfast with toast and coco pops.
We went shopping, we went to the DS shop and Monty lost his hole but luckily we found it at the desk with the lady.
Later, we went to the wedding.  Monty had a very good time.
He had a big dinner and even some wine. 
Then he went outside to see the sea.  He got scared by the loud, big, blue waves.  He was cold.  He went inside.  It was very loud, we found some little glass diamonds.  We took them to play with and he was very tired.
We said goodbye and went back to the hotel, it was very late.  Then we brushed our teeth and went to bed.

Pablo and Monty Visit Andorra and Bilbao

On the first day of holidays Monty and I went to Andorra. There were lots of snow in Andorra. We went skiing. Just me and my family. Monty could not find skis of his size. In our Hotel  there was a gym  and Monty exercised a bit. I exercised too. The next day we went to a restaurant called Bruxelles. I ate a pannini sandwich.

We spent a whole afternoon in Caldea. It is a huge spa. There were 4 jacuzis, 2 hot jacuzis, a big warm swimming pool, a roman cave with a cool pool and a hot pool. And a pool river outside.

After Andorra we spent 4 days in Bilbao, in the north of Spain. Monty is the first mole that has visited the Guggenheim museum! I think he loved it. I also took him to eat “pinchos” and “tapas” and to play golf. We slept in a hotel that used to be a palace.

Back in Toulouse, Monty met my grandparents who spent a week with us. I showed my grandma the Scottish dance that Mrs Grant taught me.

The last days Monty was sick so he stayed in his hole with his family.

It has been a fantastic holiday for Monty and for me.

Monty at Jacques’s house

On Thursday, after school, Monty came to my house. After meeting all of his friends at my house, he was tired. So he rested in my room all day long.

On Saturday we played hide and seek. Can you spot Monty in in each of the pictures?

On Sunday, Monty listened to the Harry Potter CD story. Later on Monty helped us with the gardening. We planted some radish and lettuce seeds.

Monty visits Ryan's house

I had a very fun weekend with Monty! He was so happy that we had such nice weather so we could play outside, which is something that moles really love to do! He woke up early on Saturday morning and after a breakfast of eggs and toast he wanted to rush outside. Monty tried a tiny sip of Daddy's coffee but didn't like it at all!

Monty enjoyed meeting Arfur the friendly horse. At first, he was a little bit afraid but I told him that Arfur would be his friend, especially if we brought him a carrot or apple as a present.

We played hide and go seek in the backyard and Monty was a very good hider. I think he was so good at it because he can stay so still for so long and he blends in with the trees and bushes with his green and black colours!

We all went out to have a picnic and meet up with some friends at a park. Monty got to meet my friends Alexia, Olivia, Cyrus, Callum, Caitlin, Axl and of course my brother Jesse who he already knew.  Monty sat right on the table so he could hear and see everyone! All my friends wanted to take a turn holding him. Monty felt very loved! 

Lukman and Monty

Yabedabeduuuuu...Last Friday Monty came back with me to spend the weekend with my family. On the way back Monty asks me.... “Errr  Lukman...can I trouble you something”  
“Yes Monty...tell me what do you want my dear?” I said with smiled. 
“I want to eat fruit Lukman...can you buy me some fruits?” Monty said with soft voice.

“Ne pas problem Monty... let’s go to the Carrefour” Dad.. Could you please take us to the Carrefour? Monty wants to buy some fruits.  

At the Carrefour I ask Monty to have a look on the fruit selection and Monty said he can’t see clearly because it’s too far....

So I brought him nearer to the fruit selection and now Monty can see very clear and he decided to take orange.

Monty grabs one orange to take home with him...
